Tucked away in the Jersey Heights neighborhood, lies an apartment with an inspirational NYC view. Inside, the drum and punch sound of a machine hard at work. This apartment has a sweet citrusy basil aroma drifting through the air. Just like the basil surrounding windows of this studio, the individual(s) working inside are constantly pushing for new growth.
